Favorite part: The technical depth is very good. Business books focused on the financial side often stay on the surface, and this one doesn't.
What I didn't like: It's the other side of what I liked most: this is not an introductory book on finance for entrepreneurs. It doesn't even cover traditional companies; it focuses almost exclusively on startups and assumes prior knowledge, so it's not suitable for people who are just getting started.
